Our team combines years of experience with genuine enthusiasm for what we do. Each member plays a specific role, from managing the centre to caring for the horses day to day, but we all share the same goal: to give you the best possible experience, whether it is your first time on a horse or your hundredth ride through our trails.

Meet the Team
Liisa — Centre Manager & Riding Instructor
Liisa is the person who keeps everything at Billnas-Rilax running smoothly. As centre manager, she oversees the overall organisation of the stables, the well-being of the horses, and the satisfaction of every client who visits us. She makes sure that every detail, big or small, is taken care of.
Beyond her management responsibilities, Liisa is also a qualified riding instructor and regularly accompanies groups on their rides herself. Her experience and calm presence make her a reassuring guide, especially for beginners taking their first steps into horseback riding.
Helena — Instructor & Lead Rider
Helena is our instructor and an experienced rider who plays a key role in your riding experience. On a daily basis, she takes care of our horses and ponies, ensuring they are well trained, healthy, and ready for each outing.
Helena is also responsible for organising and leading rides with our clients. Her expertise and attentive guidance ensure that every ride, whether a short discovery outing or a longer excursion, runs smoothly and safely from start to finish.
Mikko — Head Groom & Stable Manager
Mikko is our head groom and is responsible for the day-to-day care of our horses, from feeding and grooming to monitoring their health and comfort. His dedication ensures that every horse at Billnas-Rilax is happy, healthy, and ready to welcome riders.
In addition to caring for our horses, Mikko also maintains the property itself, making sure our stables, trails, and facilities remain in excellent condition for both our horses and our visitors.
Eero and Anna — Trainees
Eero and Anna are our current trainees, discovering the many different aspects of running an equestrian centre. From assisting with the daily care of the horses to helping out during rides and around the stables, they are gaining hands-on experience across every part of what we do.
Their enthusiasm and willingness to learn bring fresh energy to our team, and you may well meet them during your visit, lending a hand with a smile.
